Hello Hello!

It’s been over a month that I haven’t written anything in this blog.

So I felt a little update was in order.

I’ll start off with a thank you for all the attention people have been giving this account lately. My friends list has doubled which is grand my page views have gone up over 1000 since last month and continue to grow at a rate I never expected. So thank you to everyone that visits this page and a special thank you to everyone who has clicked that wee “Watch this deviant” link.

I only hope I can make some art worth looking at, cause right now my gallery is OK its not great or special but knowing I now have an audience ill try my best to produce some fantastic works of art 

Also for any one that stumbles on to this page I urge you to check out my friends list. Every one that watches me is listed below, theirs some amazing talent there, much better than I could ever achieve so go click on their icons.

So what else is happening in the world of Ian? Well Im still in the hermit stages of my life, ill be free one day soon, theirs talk of a trip off this island which seems like a great idea. I suppose theirs a lot more going in my life but I keep that all for a big secret blog. Ask if you want to see it, baring in mind it’s only for super close friends or complete strangers. No inbetweeners. I don’t want the cool people thinking Im a creep now do i?

As for me in my own little world, I’ve been enjoying these shows The Colbert Report, House, Gossip Girl and Moving Wallpaper and listening to Envy, The Cribs, Radiohead, Spiderman 3 Soundtrack, Girls Aloud, Band of Horses, Broken Records, Blondie, Rooney and Timbaland. In terms of films I’ve seen some belters this year them being Stranger than Fiction, Juno, Charlie Wilson’s War. I’ve seen about 20 films this year so far but they are by far the best and yes I know Stranger than fiction came out a while back but I just seen it and it think its amazing! So if you have seen or heard any of them on this list get in touch so I can have a girly banter with you.

Moving on, I’ve recently decided I want to do a spot of modeling, thankfully we don’t live in a world where it is full of skinny people that everyone wants to cast their eyes on, I’ve seen the future and in it theirs a prominent thing called alternative modeling and I want to be part of that revolution. So if theirs any photographers out there with some grand ideas and want an alternative looking chap, Im your man. I just filled out a Model Mayhem profile, so hopefully some good will come of that, I do truly want to model though, not the typical stuff, I want to be part of interesting photos, photos that have shock value or the wow factor. My Model Mayhem number is 618808 All this should help me as well as I’d like to photograph models one day so it should benefit me as well as the photographer having me on board.

As for my own so called photography I just done a whole self portrait shoot about getting old and my fear of it, ill be uploading them over the next few days, I’d love to know what you thought of them.

Woohoo 500+ views since last month to the day.

Thank you so much for all the people that watch me and to all the people who stumble onto to this page. I'd like to also thank the fuji-film club for featuring my pics : )

I would like to say sorry also, my grammer over the years has been terrible and every time i seem to write something on this site it comes out wrong from what i mean to say. I've checked back over my journals and deviations to try and correct the errors. I hope i got them all.

I've recently decided im going to keep this journal as a little personal diary, just leaving litle notes of my life on it, nothing to special. I see im getting more watchers and hits so i assume i should give you a little insight to the life of me.

Lately i have no social life what so ever. I've became an actual hermit, this will all change soon enough.

I have plans for parties and jobs to pay for the party lifestyle.

I shall one day have that spartan party i've been going on about for the past year.

oh you've probably noticed i normally have an icon and link for all the people i watch on here in my journal. I've decided not to have that anymore as it makes the page take a life time to load not unless you have a fast pc or a 2mb+ connection.

So instead ill just have links to all the people that are kind enough to add me to their watch list and also the clubs that feature my stuff.

Ok so the other day i received my xmas gift early purely cause i hate xmas and everything about it. So i wanted to get a gift well before the time. so it was more a kind gift than a promted one from some fake holiday.

The gift in question was a shiney new Fujifilm Finepix S5700.

Its a really good camera, simple to work with a great long lens. all pretty cheap too well i did search for a whole month for a camera of this type. Im not ashamed to say i am a proper bargain hunter. Oh and its my first digital camera. What can i say me and my family arent the richest in the street but we get along.

Anyhoo just recently i received my 1000th page view on this site something i never thought would happen i only registered so i could view other people's art. When i noticed you can add poetry and proses and noticed a lot of people did it. It gave me confidence to add my own. Now when i write i have at the back of my mind i wonder waht people on DeviantART will think of this.

So now i have my camera its gave me a even more confidence and i am willing to upload my so called art pictures. I do have an issue with what i think is good or not, i tend to take 300 pics and only keep one i like.

My first pic is up now, i took it the day i got the camera and think it looks pretty damn good for a first attempt at a proper shot. Since then i have taken about 500 in the week i have had the camera. Im looking forward to photographing everything now.

Ok i have lots of subjects i have in my head, that i want to write about but ive discovered if you have more than five paragraphs to say. Then no one wants to read what you've done. The subjects i have in my head are pages worth so i have to shorten them.

The best way i can get around this is by people recommending me a subject and me just writing about it after i hear the subject. Then within 10 minutes i have 3/5 paragraphes that people seem to enjoy reading.

So my challenge to you is....

Send me a subject and ill have something written about it instantly. This way i get to show my writing and i may give you something to think about when its done. Plus it'll save me ffrom writting pages on the topic, if its done this way i can just say what i have in my head at the time and thats how my best work is done. Well so i believe anyway.

So yeah send your subjects this way
